The correct spray pattern is essential for efficient combustion, fuel economy, and engine performance. Every atomizer is carefully tested and adjusted to meet required standards.

Spindle & Guide

Accurate contact angles between the spindle and guide are critical for proper sealing. Precision grinding and inspection ensure tight sealing and reliable operation. 

Non-Return Valve

During final atomization testing, the opening pressure is accurately set to manufacturer requirements for consistent fuel delivery. 

Auxiliary Fuel Injectors

Auxiliary engine fuel injectors are fully reconditioned with precision grinding, component renewal, pressure setting, and spray testing to ensure reliable daily engine operation.

The sealing face and seating areas of components are processed using specialized grinding machines to ensure precise alignment and sealing performance.
For optimal results, the grinding angles between spindle and seat are slightly different, helping deliver improved seating accuracy during the reconditioning process.
